hello... its been a v long time since i last updated my blog...
recently many tings happen..
my family member fell v ill...
lucky we've braved through 1 storm, thanks daddy for working so hard to stay with us...
i am super delighted to be able to celebrate mum n dad bday this yr...
this yr has nt been a easy yr for the both of them and esp my two little sisters who r still in study.... no matter wad happen, we'll stay together as a family...
i supposed any plan for me to further studies have to put on hold.... work has nw bcome a priority for me...... having able to see my happy family is the greatest support...
thanks to him too..
stayed by me though we made a major decision..
i supposed i wld choose anything else above u...
oct 16 marked the end of this 5 yr relationship
it was mutual tt we decided to go on separate ways.. one of e reason being my selfishness to want to spend most of my free time with my friends.
Really appreciate u can be so understanding for the past yrs, also giving patience and attention to every detail of my life..
i will remember the mistakes and the experience and try to rectify them.
Also met up with my beloved mushrooms
and celebrate stella n jessie bday at tang dian wang...
bought a cake but we cant finish it, end up have to donate to e restaurant staffs
we went to kiap e little plushies at marina square...
think back so funny. spent almost 30bucks just to kiap those tiny babies....
also attended oculus new contact lens launch called mosaic.
at Clarke Quay the Arena!
After which went to Rabbar at Boat Quay cus kevin has a friend there....
By then i reach hm 3am liao... ahah.. all thanks to someone lor...

ha...
its been ages since i last lay my finger on blog entries...
i am simply lazy...
just reaslised my sec sch classmate going to ROM, and one Jc classmate just gave birth to a girl months ago...
haaa... seems like when i am getting more and more OLDER, all the ppl ard me are starting to get married...
feels abit weird... at different stage of life, these are the different things we experienced...
I still vaguely remember after olevels, many of my friends went to relationships... Suddenly nw only a few yrs after graduating from polytechnic, my friends are becoming parents.... It jus feels odd...
Let me just recall what happened during my disappearance...
met Alicia 4th June and
we walked aimlessly in chinatown area...
to raffles place...
and back to chinatown..
and made her drunk...
and she flushed like a cooked lobster....
haaa..
went to my secondary 3/4 class gathering...
I was shocked when i arrived downtown east after work last saturday...
poor Junwei the organiser managed to gather 9 ppl out of 41 of the class...
ahaha... anw, had fun...
recalled many incidents whhen we were back in sec sch...
we had supper at xin wang hong kong cafe...
i love their french toast... hee hee

i had the most horrendous Labour Day of my life..
it was worse than being devoured by a jellyfish...
the story began a mth ago when a cx brought in a pair of hard lens which was purchased abt 13mths back, complaining blur vision and discomfort.
The supplier checked and concluded that the lens were badly stained and scratched due to MISHANDLING.
HAving heard frm my colleagues that e cx only use Conditioning solution n nothin else, i informed the cx tt the lens could nt be serviced due to the heavy scratches and her cleaning regimen has to be enhanced with cleaner and protein removal etc.... the cx flared up and yelled she been using rgp lens for more than 10 yrs and nothing like that happened to her b4, and she was not informed that she has to clean the lenses bcus the conditioning is MULTI PURPOSE SOLUTION.
The cx later demanded the contact number for the solutions company, with the intention to complain that the instructions had not been clearly stated in the drug insert, but later.... she called up to my HQ n complained how badly me n my mgr attitude were, and eventually was being compensated by a new pair of lens(despite the lens were due to her own wear and tear), and my mgr innocently only spoke two sentence to her:
SHE:Where is the lady?
MAnager: Oh, she's doing an eyecheck
She: How long wld she take?
Manager: She will be out by 15minutes, would you like to take a seat?
She also demanded proper instructions and brochures to be given to her to teach her hw to clean her lenses..
And so on Labour day, her dad came to collect on behalf and i insisted not to dispense the lenses until she is present personally. The dad scolded me for delaying her lenses and that we(shop) was inefficient and our customer service was HOPELESS!
and so later, She called up and had a heated argument with me. Insisted that i should have called every hour when she was in the midst of having an examination(which i totally was unaware and did not want to know) the day before when i called her few times and she din pick up day before.
She scolded me for being unprofessional not to call her house and keep calling her every hour when her other friends were able to call her.. and i have absolutely no idea what is her house number.
She yelled me for being rude from the day i started to troubleshoot her, and i wondered why had i given her a free pair of monthly disposable to tide over the period and eventually end up being so rude to do so.
Later, as the shop was quite packed due to the holiday, I told her i wanted to call her back when there were obviously 2 or more cx waiting for my attention immediately when she was barking over the phone, she continued barking that she was an important client and that she had spent abt 800 Sing dollars in our shop,(WOW WOW) and instructed me to change my service attitude and told me i had serious attitude problem.
Having had enough of her barks, i just told her to wait for my HQ to call, when i sincerely felt apologetic becus it was labour day.
BEing unappreciated, the cx demanded the lenses to be delivered to her house when in the first place, the lenses replacement were done to her only OUT OF GOOD WILL.And tmr, my mgt and tmall optom will visit her hse personally to educate her on her new lenses.
I seriously hope she wld wake up her ideas ans top being so naive. We are doing everything juz becus we wan to SHUT U UP not becus we are sorry for everything.
AND mind u, my job does not revolve around calling customer from the moment i step in my shop to the last mintue i leave the store
.
LAstly, i will not change my attitude especially towards you. And even when u said U do not want and wished to see my face, I was more than happy to say I felt the same way too...
Thank you for not patronising again. Because of you, i have lost so much time, so much efforts calling the supplier to help you and yet feeling unappreciated. I have to lose so many cx who walk in and being oblivious to them, because of your soooo valued phonecall and that you were my most precious and dear customer that i wld never want to lose...
How the heck would i care that the lenses were so important to you that they were less expensive than the glasses u made and u had to complain you were blind with e lenses, and that u cannot come to collect this pair of FOC lenses because u r so busy preparing for the exam and tt u wld become the next MP of SG, when u stay nearby and collection wld only take u 15minutes.
Just f*** off and pls do not come again. Thank You very much.
PS the cx is a undergraduate at some university, born in yr 1988

Some thoughts
when i was young..
we worry about school, grades, making friends, being up to expectation.
When i was a little older..
we worried about deadlines for reports, having endless common tests, attending lot of different supplimentary classes, preparatory classes, about friendships and relationships
When finished my olevels
we worry about the future, the course to take that will set the career for rest of ur life
when finished diploma
we worry about job, salary, colleagues..
now
we worry abt
not having enough time to do the things we want...
not being able to spend $ as we like...
feeling dreary but yet have to work...
Recently i've heard many ppl falling ill.
sometimes i wonder hw much happiness can we get, when we have to worry n slog so hard for all the life and realised our time is up, yet there is so many things undone.
i wonder if the female mosquito feels upset when shes at the verge of death after giving birth to her babies...
In conclusion, life is short. so pls watch thai movie "Coming soon" and yell ur frustrations and scare ur soul out!

i went to the it fair at suntec today..
wah lau... super crowded..
there was security ard the convention centre to ensure smooth human traffic..
i tink it was a grand fair because almost the entire level 3, 4 and 6 were selling electronic and IT products.
i bought a maxtor external hard disk of 250Gb at $89 dollars...
after walking through the crowded convention halls... we have to move our way slowly out to the shopping malls.... i feel as if i'm on a human generated-escalator. u practically have to juz stand in the crowd and feel your body being push forward... practically dun have to walk at all...
Before going to I T fair, we had lunch at Shokudo food bazaar...
actually wanted to dine at the vegetarian pasta, Roma Deli(at shaw tower) but was abit out of the way to suntec, As we plan to go Bugis only after going to Suntec City.
As i walked past the Shaw Tower, thoughts reminscienced. We used to catch movie at the 1200 seater shaw tower, and now the theatre is closed...
we walked to simlim square too... alot of shops were nt opened because of the IT fair
went to bugis and pray too...
