life has been pretty boring...
looking fwd to spending and slacking on every off days....
bought something frm ebay..
i did something stupid and end up paying more for the freight charges than the actual thingy.
work is getting more boring, sometimes i juz feel like quitting.. but i noe i still need to spend... n pay my monthly bills and instalments...
aww...
work n home... everyday
i gues i will stay here for another yr n decide what to do with my life.. other than staying stagnant in a shop...

♥ meetups and off day
yo...
i ended my off day with movie at tmall with birdie...
Toothfairy...
It was so funny, i had a great laugh...
thanks to birdie, who accompanied me...
had a wonderful off day!
Lunch at Waraku was great!
e udon was really delicious and chewy...
but i still prefer Sakae Chawanmushi compared to theirs...
Went to Body Show at Clarke Quay with ah Toe...
there was not much people there ... was really fortunate we have John, medical student in his 4th yr at Nus... who gave us much insight and many information abt everything under the sun we could possibly queried on...

Dinner at Ichiban Boshi.. i love the cereal fried chicken...
the mushroom gathering was great too...
thanks for the blouse and also the treat at Max Brenner Explanade... though we all thought it was really sinfu..
reallie enjoyed eating their waffles.... and their rich chocolate is wootx... simply indulgence....

♥ outing with ah toe...
i had a great disappointment with the camera bought at Harvey warehouse on Saturday..
after discussing with JK, he decided to accompany me to harvey n do an exchange for another model.. and Deng Deng.. i've top up $80 for a reasonable quality camera... Sony Cybershot W180..
yeah! i m sure this camera is so much better.. i've tested the smile detection function n its great!

bought shoes at schu again at 70% off.. yeah
also had Kenny rogers muffin n their sides sampler... i love it!
snapple iced peach tea was refreshing...
the most happiest thing of the day is to receive Baby G as bday present from Jee kwang..
its not jus a simple watch.. its e model which i lost it some yrs ago..my most favorite watch.
I still remember i gt my first Baby G at City Chain after PSLE 12 yrs ago...
at that time, most of my gal friends already wearing BabyG when they were primary 2 and when i finally persuaded mum to own myself a piece, i was already primary 6.
I bought it with my savings and at tt time most of the Baby G were more than $100 n City Chain was having promotion for this model BAby G-Cool and it came with many colors @$99 only.
I still remember when i finally set my foot with Daddy to get my watch, many colors already sold out.. i was only left with e white and blue n another color.. and so i chose the white with blue ring..
For many yrs this Baby G was with me.. all the way to secondary school , junior college and finally polytechnic when i was attached with my bf. Although the watch become yellowish and ugly and even the leather strap tore... I managed to find a plastic/rubbery white strap to match with my watch so i could continue to wear it..
And then, JeeKwang bought me a second Baby G as he knew i always love baby G.. and soon i neglected my first watch... and hang it on my bag..
And one fine day, when I carry my bag i realised the watch was gone...tt was abt 4 yrs ago
i din even know when i dropped it...
i was very upset by the loss of my favorite watch, as it had been with me for e longest...Although i carried on to own a second Baby G and finally the third last yr, but i was constantly reminded my my lost watch.
n after keeping the box till last yr, i decided to throw the box away as it reminded me of my carelessness.
About 2 yrs ago, i happen to pass by a watch shop in Bras Basah and went in.. the shop looked old n had some old watches. there were many old wtach designs in his glass cabinet and i still remember seeing cockroaches crawling in e display and also some watch straps already melted. i felt really disgusted and i thought i saw my watch design with rotten leather.
Last mth when Jk and me went to Lucky plaza, i passed by another old watch shop with many old BabyG designs but did not find my one...
And so recently, i had a urge to go back to e bras Basah shop n buy e watch... i told Jee Kwang abt it...
he was nice enough to offer to buy it for me, although i din know if they still have it after 2 yrs...
and so he accompanied me to the shop..Before i step in, i realise the shop had revamped. a tinge of disappointment hit me immediately when i stepped in n saw only parker and fountains pens and no more crawling cockroaches.
I told e uncle i want baby G and he pointed me to the latest models..
I shook head and told him i was looking for an old model.. he then led me to one corner outside the shop and pointed the old Baby G he had.. which was abt 20-30 of them... but none was the one i am looking for... they were all packed in rectangle box. I probed the uncle tt e one i was looking for had a spaceship-like box and he shook his head...
i then bent my head lower and saw something smiling at me...
ARhhhh... my one and only... lying horizontally and camouflaging itself among a bunch of ugly watches, it smiled at me...
i pointed n screamed(not v loudly).. the uncle quoted me $180 after staring at the price tag which wrote "special offer $238"
after much negotiated, the uncle was only willing to release it at $150bucks..
although i had e budget of buy at $50, i wanted it so badly and JK generously paid for it...
the watch was working normally after the uncle changed its battery...
Its e exact model i saw 2 yrs ago.. although this one is white with purple ring, but the shop uncle had e synthetic leather strap almost intact... but expectedly after so many yrs, when i bent the watch n try to wear, i could see the strap already cracked.
but i love it so much.. i wont want to wear it again, because i am afraid of losing it one more time...
